Search & filter the call log – even by conversation content
Forgot the number but remember the topic? The call log also searches conversation content. Plus: filters, date ranges and what the call tags mean.
In the app: AI Telephony → Calls
Under Calls (“Anrufe”), you'll find every conversation your agent has had – grouped by day in chronological order, with duration, time and an automatic tag. The real power is in the search: it doesn't just search phone numbers, it searches conversation content. “Who asked about the price list last week?” becomes a search query, not a guessing game.
How to set it up
- Open Calls in the sidebar. At the top, you'll see your call history as a chart (time period selectable, e.g. week) along with the key figures: calls, minutes, avg. calls and avg. duration.
- Search: Type a phone number or a keyword from the conversation into the search field – e.g. “complaint”, “appointment” or a product name.
- Filter: Narrow things down with Type (“Typ”), From/To date (“Von/Bis-Datum”), Sort by (“Sortieren nach”) and Direction (“Richtung”; ascending/descending), then click Apply (“Anwenden”). Use Reset (“Zurücksetzen”) to start over. [Screenshot: call log with search field, filters and grouping by day]
- Read the tags: Every call automatically gets a label that tells you what happened without listening in:
| Tag | Meaning |
|---|---|
infoanruf | Information-only call – question answered, no further action |
agent_weiterleitung | The call was transferred live to a person |
abgebrochener_anruf | Hung up in under 18 seconds without triggering a function |
Real-world example
A managing director sets aside five minutes every Monday: first a look at the weekend's abgebrochener_anruf entries – those numbers get a callback before the customer orders somewhere else. Then a content search for the new product name, to hear which questions actually come up about it. Together, the two replace gut feeling with two concrete lists.

Good to know
- Content search is your quality tool: If the agent stumbles somewhere, you can find the affected conversations by keyword – and know exactly where the system prompt or the knowledge base needs work.
- Call log vs. “Recent entries” (“Letzte Einträge”): The call log shows all conversations; “Recent entries” on the Overview shows the tasks that came out of them (requests, complaints) for you to work through.
- Lots of
abgebrochener_anruftags at the same time of day are a sign to check your greeting or availability – every tag is a callback opportunity.
